Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MH PharmaPack collects through this website, why we collect it, who handles it for us, and how to ask us for a copy of it or to delete it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we receive what you enter:
- your name, company and email address, and a phone or WhatsApp number if you give one;
- the details of your requirement: line of interest, product, molecule or item, quantities, specification details, destination market, timeline, regulatory requirements, and anything else you add;
- any catalogue items you include, with links to their pages.
When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send, including any files you attach.
When you browse the site, we measure how it is used, as described under Site analytics below. We run no advertising trackers, and there is no account to sign up for.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, find suitable approved manufacturers for your requirement, and coordinate the engagement that follows. To prepare a quote, we share the requirement itself (product, specification, quantity, market and timeline) with the manufacturers we approach.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How an enquiry reaches us
The quote form is processed by a script on our own Google Workspace account (Google Apps Script). It delivers your enquiry by email to our sales desk at sales@mhpharmapack.com, and sends a confirmation with a summary of your enquiry to the email address you give. Enquiries are held in our Google Workspace email.
Site analytics
We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how buyers use this site so we can improve it. The data is held on PostHog's servers in the United States. The first time you visit, a small notice asks whether you allow cookies for this.
If you choose "No thanks", or do not answer, nothing is stored on your device. PostHog receives the pages you open, the links and buttons you click, the searches you type into the catalogue, the catalogue items you add to or send from your enquiry list, and technical details: browser and device type, screen size, language, time zone (which tells us the country a visit comes from) and the page that sent you here. To count visits without cookies, PostHog turns your IP address and browser details, together with a random value that changes daily and is then deleted, into a one-way code that cannot be traced back to you. Your IP address is not stored.
If you choose "Allow", PostHog also sets cookies so it can recognise your later visits, uses your IP address to find your approximate location, and records how you move through the site's pages (a session recording). Recordings never show what you type: every form field is hidden, and the quote form's summary of your details is left out entirely.
From the quote form, PostHog only learns what an enquiry is for: the lines, the number of catalogue items, and the destination markets, regulatory requirements and timeline you pick, plus whether the optional fields were filled in. It never receives your name, company, email address, phone number, or anything you write in the form's text fields.
You can change your answer at any time with Cookie settings, at the foot of every page.
Stored on your own device
Some conveniences on this site are kept in your browser's local storage, on your device only: your enquiry list, a draft of the quote form until you send it (cleared after 30 days), and your place in the catalogue so the back link returns you to it. None of this reaches us unless you send it yourself. Clearing your browser's site data removes it. Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser too. Beyond that, cookies are set only by the analytics above, and only if you choose "Allow".
Other services this site uses
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Google states that Firebase Hosting uses the IP addresses of incoming requests to detect abuse and to give site owners usage statistics, and keeps that IP data for a few months.
- Map. The office map at the foot of each page is a Google Maps embed. It loads from Google when you scroll to it, and Google may set cookies at that point. Google's privacy policy applies to it.
- WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
The site's fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from third parties.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@mhpharmapack.com with the subject "Privacy request". The same address answers any question about this policy.
Intermediary disclaimer
MH PharmaPack acts as a sourcing and supply intermediary. We facilitate introductions between buyers and manufacturers and coordinate transactions. We do not manufacture pharmaceutical products and do not take title to goods. Contracts of sale are entered into directly between the buyer and the manufacturer. MH PharmaPack is not a party to those contracts and does not guarantee, warrant, or assume liability for product quality, regulatory compliance, delivery, or payment. All certifications and approvals referenced belong to the respective manufacturing partners.
